Why people argue about this

People often assume that the requirement for a head referee and two referees from different nations or clubs is just about adding variety to the officiating team, but actually, it's meant to ensure impartiality by having multiple perspectives on the field of play. They overlook how this structure helps in maintaining objectivity when disputes arise during games.
