Ending the Game

The game ends when the south round ends; the player with the most points wins, regardless of how many hands they won. Ties may occur (3.7); Riichi bets left on the table go to the winner, split on a tie with decimals rounded down (3.7); There is no bankruptcy rule (3.7, 4.1.4)
