Phase 1: Reinforcements

Add the bonus for every continent the player controls completely at the beginning of the turn: 5 for North America, 2 for South America, 5 for Europe, 3 for Africa, 7 for Asia, and 2 for Australia. Continent bonuses are not awarded for partial control.
